Hey. Hi. Hello!
I’m currently dying in the middle of the Orlando airport because my flight is delayed 3 hours yet they still said to arrive at the normal time because they clearly want us to suffer. I came down to surprise one of my friends for her birthday, which worked out perfectly except I lost my beloved eye mask which is really a disappointment.
It’s also just so crazy that November is literally over already??? Like Christmas is coming up so soon??? I say this every month but who legitimately allowed this to happen?! I’ve had my christmas presents for my family purchased since October because that’s who I am as a person.
Anyway, like any good *beauty guru* out here, it’s time for some November favorites. I really should take notes of all the things I loved throughout the month because like I appeared to have completely blacked out for this entire month. SO, this list, like my life right now, is probably gonna be a little sloppy and not all that great, but that’s what you get here, so enjoy.
Dermalogica Antioxidant Hydramist
I had a facial this month before my high school reunion and I swear it was from god herself. At the end she recommended some products to help my skin stay under control now that winter is upon us. This is one of the ones she recommended that has significantly changed my skin.
It’s a hydrating spray that you can either use alone or over your makeup throughout the day to keep your skin from drying out. During the winter my skin becomes incredibly disgusting and dry, and this has SAVED me for the last few weeks.

Verb Hydrating Mask
Much like my skin, my hair decides to become hella dry, which is FUN. I’ve also started using heat on it a couple of times a week so that I don’t leave my apartment with wet hair and risk turning into an icicle.
I’ve been wanting to try Verb products for months now, but they’re like kinda esspensive, except for this mask surpisingly! It’s only $16 and I literally got SO many compliments on how good my hair looked after the first time I used it, so that’s always a bonus.

Kat Von D Liner X
Lowkey I’ve always hated felt-tipped eyeliner. I’ve been a dedicated stan of the Urban Decay 24/7 Liquid Liners because I love the brush applicator on them. However, I bought this because I felt like spending money and it was a new product and that’s who I am.
I used it one night when I went out, because that’s about the only time I use eyeliner, and my god. It’s incredible. It applies SOOOO smoothly and doesn’t drag on your eyelid. It also applies suer pigmented in the first stroke, so there’s no need to go back over it again. AND THE BEST PART, it lasted all night. I even woke up with it still in one piece, and that’s the ultimate test.

KL Polish Pisces
I’ve talked about KL Polish before, because I love it. It’s a collection started by KathleenLights from YouTube, and even though I’m not super invested in her content, I’m obsessed with her polishes. I literally buy every collection the second she releases them, because if we didn’ know I have a problem.
This color is from her Zodiac collection released earlier in November, and I love it. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a color like it, it’s really just so unique and beautiful and reminds me of the beaches on a tropical vacation so that’s something I can get behind.

The AstroTwins’ 2019 Horoscope Book
I don’t care what some of ya’ll may think, I’m obsessed with astrology. I found the Astro Twins from Cosmo or some other women’s magazine. Every year they release a book that breaks down the coming year for each zodiac sign across all major facets of life, like work and love.
It’s my favorite thing to share this book with my friends to see what our years are supposed to hold for us, and even to look back to see how scarily accurate their predictions actually were. Except they said I was going to get married in 2018 which was totally a lie because I’ve never been more single. BUT, 2019 I’m supposed to be starting an “Indie Business” so stayed tuned?

Everlane Oversized Fleece Hoodie
I’ve spoken about Everlane before because I love their denim. I decided to try out some of their other clothing items because they all look like really good quality basics. One of them was this hoodie, and wow I don’t know how I’ve lived my life without this.
I purchased it in a size large, because I don’t know how to wear clothes that actually fit me. It’s literally the perfect amount of oversized without swalloing me up, so I can wear it in all situations. Plus, it has slits on either side that show off your shape so it just looks even better. I’m actually obsessed with this and can’t stop wearing it.
Mini Shoe Stretchers
It’s officially boots szn, but that also means that it’s cozy sock szn so your feet don’t get cold. However, leather books don’t want to easily stretch out, because that would just make life too convenient. I tried to break some boots in the normal way by just wearing them, but that destroyed my feet in 0.2 seconds.
Since I’m apparently too lazy to take like 8 pairs of boots to a cobbler to stretch them for me, I invested in some mini shoe stretchers from Amazon, and wow they work so well. You can adjust the size so they fit into any area of the shoe, and just leave them in there for however long you want. They’re super affordable and work really well, what more can you ask for.

I recently got rid of all of my Victoria’s Secret activewear because I just no longer want to support them as a company. But, the majority of my workout clothes were VS, so I had a lot of work to do to re-build my closet. Thankfully I happen to work in an activewear department, so I have access to all sorts of brands (albeit wicked esspensive brands).
Koral is an activewear/athleisure brand that is probably best known for making liquid leggings that are both flattering and functional. I feel like a new car everytime I put one of their sets on because they’re just so sleek and also super flattering. If you’ve got some money to invest in great quality pieces, definitely check out Koral.
