January Favorites

Hey. Hi. Hello!

It’s the first officially week of February, which pretty much mean it’s already March because of how short February is. I’m still in shock at how fast January went by, it’s like I didn’t even have time to stop and breathe. So needless to say coming up with things I loved this past month was quite tricky, but I think I did a good job of compiling a list that wasn’t completely lackluster!

Steve Madden Grid Boot

If you’re like me and have been looking for a good pair of combat boots for years then THESE are the ones for you. They’re just the right amount of chunky but aren’t heavy. They hit you at the good part on your leg and really just pair well with anything and everything. 10/10.

Dermalogica Hydrablur Primer

Dermalogica Hydrablur Primer  ($48.00)

January has been the month of me being too lazy  to apply makeup, but because of this little primer I really haven’t missed it. It’s like any pore minimizing primer but doesn’t feel heavy or high in silicon. It applies well and makes your skin look overall amazing and flawless with minimal effort.

Urban Decay Brow Blade Pencil

Urban Decay Brow Blade Eyebrow Pencil and Ink Stain ($26.00)

I’m too broke to get my eyebrows microbladed, but this is the next best thing. While the pencil side isn’t as good as my trusted Brow Whiz, the Ink Stain side gives you effortless strokes that literally look like you’ve spent money on microblading, and it blends out incredibly, too.

Bumble and Bumble Bb. Color Stick

Thanks to my queen Katy I’ve embraced the idea that root touch-up’s aren’t just for old people. Whenever I put my hair up, there’s always a lot of patches and spots around the front of my hairline that are just too bald for comfort, and the brown color does just the trick to fill in these areas and make my hair look lucious and full.

Juliette Has a Gun Lady Vengence

This is the fragrance that kicks ass and takes names. While Alien will forever and always be my favorite, this has been my go-to in January for a little confidence boost everytime I step out the door. I may look like a marshmellow all bundled up but I sure as heck feel like one sexy confident marshmellow.

Tarte Glow With the Faux Self-Tanner

Tarte Glow With the Faux Foaming Self-Tanner with Mitt ($39.00)

Even though I’ve literally been covered head to toe everyday this past month because it’s so disgustingly cold outside, I still wanted to feel like I had spent a week on a tropical island. This self-tanner, and really any self-tanner from Tarte, gives a nice natural glow without being too overpowering. Plus it dries quickly and doesn’t smell like skunks.

Beachwaver Co. PRO Curling Iron

Beachwaver Co. Pro Curling Iron ($199.00)

I’m usually a straight hair kinda girl, but with the amount of static in the air this past month that hasn’t been possible. Instead, I transitioned from a high straight pony tail into a high curly ponytail. This bad boy makes it SO easy to curl your hair and get effortless looking beachy waves in literally 10 minutes.

T3 Cura Luxe Hair Dryer

T3 Cura Luxe Ionic Hair Dryer ($285.00)

January is NO TIME for wet hair in the morning. I’m not trying to be a walking isicle. I got this for Christmas to replace my old ass Bedhead hair dryer, and there is a world of difference between them. My hair looks great and frizz-free without any styling products, which means less effort for great looking hair, I’m here for that.

Until Next Time!

XOXO,

LHC
