Healthy Alcoholic Drink Options

Hey. Hi. Hello!

One time one of my coworkers asked me what were some healthier alcoholic drink alternatives that she could have as she was starting her fitness journey but didn’t want to stop drinking altogether. I told her just do tequila shots all night. Was this the best advice? Probably not. But I’m here to rectify that with some actual knowledge about healthy drink options that won’t put you in the ER immediately.
